For nearly a decade the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Greater Los Angeles has been fortunate that Carving Ice's support for the Uncork A Wish Wine Tasting and Auction has been crystal-clear in the form of the unparalleled Carving Ice martini bar. Each year the glamourous, eye-catching ice sculpture provides an elegant visual icon for the event, while also creating a beautiful setting for the celebrities who pour for guests behind the bar.

Founded in 1992 by Roland Hernandez, Carving Ice specializes in creating beautiful, crystal-clear ice sculptures from a brand new 12,000 square foot location that makes them the largest ice sculpting facility in the United States!

Carving Ice is also are the only North American distributor of the AquaSermo.… in Latin it means “Talking Water”. AquaSermo is a curtain of water droplets that forms designated logos and text. This will be the AquaSermo's premiere year at Uncork A Wish and we appreciate the fact that Carving Ice will be bringing both of these beautiful elements for our guests to appreciate.
