7th Annual Eileen Keller Memorial Golf Tournament Join the 7th Annual Eileen Keller Memorial Charity Golf Tournament at Hidden Valley Golf Club in Norco, CA, on May 3rd. This four-man scramble tournament is fit for golfers of all levels. The tournament also features a $25,000 hole-in-one contest. Register for $90 per player and then commit to fundraising a minimum of $75 in donations. Your registration fee covers greens fees, cart, putting contest and prizes. The Idea behind the Tournament In December 2000, Todd Keller lost his mom (a non-smoker) to lung cancer, and he found himself unprepared for the first Mother's Day after her death. Since the Make-A-Wish Foundation was one of her favorite charities, he made the commitment to honor her memory every year with this charity golf tournament. The past six years this tournament has generated nearly $70,000 total for the Greater Los Angeles chapter. This translates into granting the wishes of approximately 12 children in the Los Angeles community, and we hope that you can join Todd and his friends and family for a great day at one of California's best golf courses raising money for the children that we serve in tribute to Eileen. |
